MWOC`10: Silver on long distance:) (map w/comments)

My goal for todays long distance was to run a perfect technical race. After one day of rest I felt much better both mentally and physically, so I knew a good technical race could give a good result. During the race I had a really good feeling. My orienteering was attacking and precise, I only lost some small seconds on some long legs and to the last control. Even though I was beaten by Thierry by some 40 seconds, of which 35 on the last loop, I am satisfied with my performance. See map with comments in my map archive.
